The location was OK as it is near the main road.

At the time of arrival, we were informed that our Booking.com reservation could not be honored. The hotel staff insisted that we cancel the booking and pressured us to make a manual booking directly with them, which is highly unprofessional and against standard booking practices.Subsequently, they informed us that they do not possess a C-Form and therefore cannot legally accommodate foreign guests. However, contradictorily, they proposed that if we paid an additional INR 700 per person per night, the absence of a C-Form would “no longer be a problem.” This demand strongly suggests an unethical and unlawful practice. I have documentary and verbal evidence to support this claim.Additional serious issues observed during the stay include:Lift safety and misrepresentation:The elevator is marked as having a capacity of 4 persons, yet it can physically accommodate only 3 adults at most. It is the smallest hotel lift I have ever encountered, raising both safety and false-advertising concerns.Misleading “buffet breakfast”:One morning we paid for what was advertised as a buffet breakfast, but only four basic items were available. The actual value of this breakfast was no more than INR 100, yet we were charged INR 220, which is unjustified and misleading.Bathroom facilities issues:Hot water was not functioning properly.Water flow was extremely slow, making normal use inconvenient.False room classification:One of the rooms was advertised and charged as a “suite”, but its size and facilities were nowhere near the standard or definition of a suite, amounting to clear misrepresentation.Given the above points, this property demonstrates systematic misinformation, poor service quality, and unethical conduct. I expect appropriate action, including investigation, corrective measures, and compensation as deemed appropriate.

Hotel Nexus Lucknow is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making all major attractions and business hubs easily accessible. The staff is exceptionally courteous, and the food is consistently good. I choose this hotel regularly for my business trips and always recommend it to others. It truly feels like a home away from home

Location, Access Road, Surrounding. Lack of natural Light, Dimly lit rooms, passages and lobby. General cleanliness.

The room was spaceous and well laid out, staffs were cooperative, kitchen food was good, and the location was ok for business purpose, on the road.

It is located in a business district so gets quite empty after business hours. Has few fastfood and vegetarian restaurants, not many restaurants around.

Excellent location, 10 min from station. Huge room.Clean and large washroom.Food is tasty.

It was stenching all over. Will not use this hotel next time.Bed was bad, with 2 single cots joined together ....there was a gap in between beds.....could not sleep properly.

Everything in the hotel was good and the behavior of the hotel staff was also good, they welcomed us, they paid very good attention to our instructions which provided a lot of convenience to my family members, in future I will recommend you to me and the people in my contact if they want to stay then the best budget place is this Nexus hotel where the best arrangement for staying is available anytime.

Night staff behaviour was very bad we requested 2 empty plates they refused to provide we don't have.AC was not working .No invoice provided for stay after requesting again and again.

Size of the room is reasonable big. Quiet location just off a busy street. Some of the staff were welcoming and helpful.

The hotel is dated and the pictures are hardly representative of the reality.

I booked Hotel Nexus from booking.com and received confirmation mail as well. However, the hotel cancelled the booking without even notifying. We reached the hotel at 7 p.m. with all our bags to find out that there's no room available.Their excuse is that they considered the booking to be tentative (even after I showed them the confirmation mail)We had to find another hotel at night.Hotel Nexus not recommended. Very poor customer service.

Not as shown in picture, very unhygienic . The washroom seemed like already used. The receptionist was very unprofessional. Not at all value for money . Very cheap hotel

Approach to hotel is not good, electric pole with thousands of hanging wire in front of entrance gives very dangerous and poor look. One of the lady receptionist is always angry and misbehaved. We were allotted one of the premium rooms with tripple occupancy.However, the linens were dirty, we had struggled to get them changed. Washroom has leaking taps, no ventilation in room. Only one window, which is permanently closed with dark glaze.In room breakfast is very bad. No choice of dishes. Very rigid on time. There is no restaurant. They refused to serve after 10:00. It will be better to book the room without breakfast. There are good places for breakfast at walking distance from hotel.

Hotel facilitated evening dinner to the room.

Although we provided credit card, and got confirmation of the booking, later we got message that booking is not confirmed until deposit is paid. And foreign cards were not accepted. So we needed to ask Indian friends to pay the deposit. During booking we selected option of 2 single beds and we messaged the hotel that 2 separate beds are essential. In spite of reminders and lengthy attempts of getting that sorted with the reception for 2 days, the room with 2 beds was not made available. Although we paid for breakfast for 3 nights, for first 2 days we didn't get any breakfast. And then we were told that price listed in confirmation didn't include tax!

The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful and went out of their way to assist. Full credit to the front of house team. They're a credit to the hotel..

The facilities are severely lacking. The shower was not working properly and toilet paper was not provided. For the price point I expected much more. The room was dirty, towels were not in the room, the room lacked a window and was dark and dated.
